Hi, I’m Meg! I’m the Marketing Manager here at SMB College Group. 

I’ve worked at the college for 7 years and have developed great working relationships with lots of Leicestershire schools during that time. Having Shannon and Rahul join the team last year as focused Schools Liaison Officers has been fantastic - allowing us to expand the services that we can offer to schools, and expand our reach into Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and more! Although I now manage the team, you’ll still see me out and about at lots of school careers evenings this academic year!

Get to know me: In my spare time I love indoor bouldering, reading classic literature, hiking and going to gigs and festivals!

Hi! I’m Shannon! I’m one of the Schools Liaisons here at SMB College Group!

I joined the college in 2022 after having previously worked in a local secondary school as an LSA and Cover Supervisor. My experience of working in education has definitely helped me with understanding the best way to talk to students to help them to decide their next steps into further education. The best part of my job is definitely being able to attend so many careers fairs where I can interact with parents and students and tell them all about our amazing opportunities here at SMB College Group!

When I’m not at work, you can usually find me at a festival or on long walks with my Labrador puppy, Axl!

Hi, I’m Rahul! I’m one of the School Liaisons here at SMB College Group.

I joined the college in 2022 after completing an Advertising and Marketing Communications degree at De Montfort University.

Alongside my studies I worked with children aged 4 - 16 coaching sports, giving me that ability to encourage and guide them to be the best they can be. One of the most rewarding parts of this job is being able to see someone’s interest being piqued about a pathway that they had never thought of or known existed.
