I’ve now become a Senior Therapist at Ragdale Hall Spa, and with this all under my belt from college training to doing more training at Ragdale - the future is my oyster!
Hello, my name's Brooke and I’m going to tell you about my experience from college into the real world!
I started at Melton Campus doing Media Make-up & Hair, then I went on to do my Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy.
When I was at college, I made so many new friends - I also knew that this was my dream career, so as soon as I left college I applied for a job at Ragdale Hall Spa one of the most popular spas in the UK!
I started straight out of college and it is a massive difference between college and the spa industry but it’s so rewarding at the same time, I’ve been at Ragdale for 2 years now and since then I’ve done all my Elemis, Clarins, sea magic & OPI and still got a some more to do!
From doing these treatments your day at work flies by and such beautiful treatments to carry out, also since being at Ragdale I’ve become a Senior Therapist, and with this all under my belt from college training to doing more training at Ragdale the future is your oyster!
My plan is to finish the training and stay on for a few more years then I would love to go work in the Maldives as a Beauty Therapist, but it will not stop there you can go and work in all different countries, ships, and city, next year I’m even looking at doing Botox and then that will help me expand my knowledge as my biggest dream is to set up my own business but I want to go have fun with the job I’m doing now and then find the right time to set up my own company/business.
