Finding and retaining the right staff with the right skills can be a challenge. Here at SMB College Group, we have hundreds of students looking for the next step into their career, and our aim is to make sure they have the skills they need to meet the needs of employers.

To help bridge the gap, and understand the future requirements of our employer partners both locally and nationally, we are planning a series of Employer Forums.

These forums will provide an open and informative round table discussion with employers about how the students of SMB College Group can support your business needs and the local economy.

Each forum is a short meeting and we want to hear directly from you about your needs as employers and what industry-relevant skills your future workforce needs. This vital information will then help us to design our curriculum both for our full-time students and apprentices.

We already have some fantastic businesses lined up to support our forums but we need more. If you would like to get involved, please contact the team using the details below.

Why Get Involved?

  • Help shape education and skills delivery to meet your sector needs
  • Opportunity to network and promote your company
  • Meet and collaborate with other industry partners and SMB College Group
