“I came to the Melton Campus to study Hair and Media Make-Up because I had been passionate about make-up for a while and I wanted to learn more skills and further my knowledge in this area. I chose to come to Melton for this course because I attended an open day and everyone was really welcoming.
The open day also showed me how passionate the tutors are about the course, which made me want to come to the Melton Campus even more. I travel 1.5 hours to get to college, but it is definitely worth it because Melton has offered me so many opportunities such as working on stage make-up for SKY Theatre, and going on trips to Clothes Show Live and Hair and Beauty UK. I would recommend the college to anyone who is thinking of applying because the small class sizes mean that you get lots of one-to-one time with your tutor and get the most out of your time at college. I will be starting my Level 3 in Theatrical and Media Make-Up at the Melton Campus this year and hope to then go on to university to study Theatrical Make-Up.”
