Having been born into an agricultural family, farming is a way of life and I always knew that that's what I wanted to do.
As soon as I turned 16 I came to Brooksby for an Open Day and loved it - the rest is history, I haven't left since!
I have worked at college for 19 years now, and taught for seven of those. I worked on the college farm for seven years before going into teaching and moving into management, and then on to Director of Farm, Agriculture & Land-based curriculum!
