SMB College Group have been awarded College of Excellence 2022 by the UK’s ‘Best Spa for Guest Experience’*, Ragdale Hall Spa, in recognition of outstanding practice and standards in beauty training.
The College of Excellence award certifies that SMB College Group has high standards of training, and consistently collaborates with Ragdale Hall Spa to offer students work experience and enhance employment opportunities.
SMB College Group have been proudly working in partnership with Ragdale Hall Spa for several years, where many of their Beauty Therapy students from both its Stephenson and Melton Campuses carry out work experience alongside their studies, which often leads to employment at the Spa on a full-time or part-time basis.
Lynne-Marie Benzie, Ragdale Hall Spa Training and Development Supervisor, said: "SMB College Group has been awarded ‘College of Excellence’ status for their continued commitment and dedication to both their students and Ragdale Hall Spa.
She added, “Each year we visit the students at college to carry out a career presentation and evaluate the skills of those who are interested in a five day work placement with us – a valuable opportunity to experience one of the UK's busiest and most highly regarded spa beauty environments.”
