Join SMB College Group at the Leicester Tigers Girls Rugby Open Evening for the opportunity to train alongside the Tigers Women’s team and learn more about the College’s Sports programmes!
The event is taking place on Thursday the 30th of March, from 7pm to 8:30pm, at the College’s Brooksby Campus and is open for talented and ambitious female rugby players aspire to study at the college on the Leicester Tigers Girls rugby pathway.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to train alongside the Leicester Tigers Senior Women’s team during the event, giving them insight into what it takes to train as an elite athlete.
Steve Hanna, Leicester Tiger’s Women’s, and SMB College Group Academy Coach will also be in attendance to support the team and students, providing valuable knowledge, advice and guidance for those looking to enrol onto the Girls rugby pathway at the college.

Successful alumni from the Tigers rugby programmes at the college have included George Martin, Archie Vanes, Sam Edwards, Tim Hoyt, Lewis Chessum and Joe Woodward.
Students on these programmes study at the college’s specialist land-based and sport campus at Brooksby, which is home to a £3.6 million sports complex, featuring a strength and conditioning suite, performance analysis equipment, large sports hall and three grass rugby pitches.
