Chris’s Childcare is proud to be part of the experience with the college; we have just started our fourth apprentice student at the college and look forward to another high-class childcare nursery nurse.

Recently Section Manager Cheryl Power and Lecturer Kathy Downs attended an event at North West Leicestershire District Council to celebrate the success of the Leadership and Management students.
Chief Executive Bev Smith stated how proud she was of her colleagues who had demonstrated outstanding commitment and resilience in completing their qualifications during the pandemic. She acknowledged the supportive environment that the College provided and thanked Kathy Downs for her invaluable support and guidance. Partnering with our local college is key to our continued investment in our staff and community and we are very proud of the relationship we have created.
I have been training with the Stephenson Campus now for roughly two years. Throughout my time with the college, myself and team have been supported by our tutor Diane Wilson who, from day one, has been cheery, approachable and friendly towards us all.
