Year 2 modules include:
- Telecommunications in the uniformed services
- Understand conflict management and personal protection
- The influence of UK government
- International organisations and the media on the uniformed services
- Collaboration between uniformed services
- Outdoor and adventurous expeditions
- Understanding discipline in the uniformed services
- UK legal systems and uniformed services
- Crime Scene Investigation
- Security procedures in the uniformed services.

Where could this course lead to?
Successful completion of a Level 3 Extende Diploma allows learners to progress on to Higher Education on into employment. Students go on to hold successful careers in the Police, Fire, Prison, Security or Ambulance Services, the Armed Forces, HM Customs & Excise, Community Service organisations or other public sector organisations.

What qualifications or experience do I need?
5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above including English, or Level 2 Uniformed Services (or similar, such as Level 2 Sport) and Level 1 Functional Skills. If you miss the English and/or Maths requirements of your course, don't worry - there are options to study these alongside your course.
