  • How will I learn?
Your Trainer/Assessor will visit you on a regular basis (every 10-12 weeks) in your workplace to help you complete your Apprenticeship programme. You will be expected to keep a portfolio of suitable work-based evidence you collect throughout your training. An Individual Learning Plan will guide you through the units with support and feedback from your trainer. Action plans will also be drawn up to advise you on what type of evidence to collect. Your Trainer/Assessor will be available throughout the week via email or phone to advise as necessary. You will be encouraged to submit evidence via email to your Trainer/Assessor.
  • How will I be assessed?
There is an End Point Assessment which will need to be completed in order to achieve your apprenticeship qualification.
  • What qualifications or experience do I need?
All candidates that apply for an apprenticeship programme are required to sit a literacy and numeracy assessment. These assessments determine your suitability for the programme. Previous qualifications, experience and attitude are all factors that also contribute towards gaining an apprenticeship. You will also discuss your current IT skills and qualifications with the assessor.
