Want to launch your career as a hairdresser that's in demand? Whether you need to learn haircutting basics or gain specialist skills to move up the ladder, this qualification is for you. This can cover everything from shampooing and conditioning to styling and dressing, cutting colouring and creative perming.

This course is available to students aged 19+.

It is essential to have kit and uniform for this course to maintain professional standards. This will cost approximately £55 for uniform and £215 for kit.

  • Where could this course lead to?
    Following completion of this course, you can progress onto Level 3 Hairdressing or undertake an apprenticeship. Learners may also wish to go straight into employment in a wide of roles, such as Salon Assistant Stylist.
  • What qualifications or experience do I need?
    Maths and English at Grade 3 or above. If you miss the English and/or Maths requirements, there are options to study these alongside your course.
