If you have a love of cars and anything mechanical, then one of our Motor Vehicle or Heavy Good Vehicle courses could be for you. From the basics of understanding the inner workings of a car to the more complicated units of electrical faults, you will leave our vehicle engineering courses ready to kick-start your career in the motor vehicle or heavy goods vehicle (HGV) industries.
Our workshops reflect the industry environment, so learning takes place in similar facilities to those you'd be working in when you get a job in the industry. We have a range of vehicles on-site, from modern cars to sports cars to four-by-fours, heavy goods vehicles, tractors, and much more, as well as simulation kit and test rig facilities. These facilities allow students to diagnose engine faults and gain experience of a real working Motor Vehicle environment.
