One of the key reasons for choosing the FdSc course at SMB College Group was the opportunity they provided to study a sports science degree while still being able to play football alongside it.
This means I have the chance to carry on my football development while also learning new skills in the degree course and trying to gain work in the sporting industry
Having been born into an agricultural family, farming is a way of life and I always knew that that's what I wanted to do.
As soon as I turned 16 I came to Brooksby for an Open Day and loved it - the rest is history, I haven't left since!

Alongside my degree course I joined the Army reserve, and I continue to enjoy bringing new transferable skills into my teaching practises.

My experience has been very good - my employer is encouraging and my peers/supervisors are helfpul.
My goal is to become a supervisor and go into management. My apprenticeship has helped me work towards this.
