Hearing from other students, in their own words, is always more useful than us just saying how great we are - so here are just a handful of past and present students’ testimonials.
I was a student at the state-of-the-art Brooksby Campus between 2017-2019, completing a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Science. My two years at the Brooksby Campus provided me with the skills, experience and knowledge to shape my future within Higher Education.
At present, I have just completed a three-year BSc (Hons) Sports Business Management degree at Leeds Beckett University, and I am on track to receive a First Class Degree, something that would not have been possible without my time at SMB Group.
I first joined the SMB Group (Formally Brooksby Melton College) as a student in 2016 and enrolled on the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport. This course provided me with the opportunity to progress onto the FdSc Sports Science course, followed by the BSc (Hons) Sports Science (Top-Up), resulting in me obtaining a First-Class Degree.
This was far from easy to achieve, but it was made possible due to the full support and expert knowledge that the sports department provided through every lesson.
Since graduating from SMB College Group with a BSc (Hons) Sports Science Degree, I am now completing an MSc in Strength and Conditioning, whilst working with Leicester Tigers as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
I would recommend the course because I was able to learn and build upon many skills which I was then able to use in my own garden but also to educate others.
